Welcome to the Foxville Furbowl registration and code of conduct. Please read through the following information, then complete the registration section below. Your registration will not be complete until payment is made and received.

Foxville Furbowl Code of Conduct

When attending the Foxville Furbowl, the following code of conduct is to be followed by all staff and attendees:

  1. Discriminatory or inflammatory comments, symbols, or behavior are not permitted under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, ageism, xenophobia, antisemitism, or any other behavior, speech, or symbology that targets another person or group of people on the basis of their identity. Hateful, derogatory, or discriminatory speech will be grounds for removal without a refund.
  2. “Doxxing” or otherwise revealing personal information, including residence, legal name, immigration status, or other potentially sensitive information is expressly banned.
  3. Attendees must remain fully clothed at all times, excepting while changing into or out of their fursuit. Changing must be done either in the designated changing area, or in the parking lot if the “suiter” is fully clothed at all times (i.e. wearing Underarmor or other clothes underneath their street clothes and fursuit). Visible nudity, partial or whole, at any time, will be grounds for dismissal without a refund.
  4. Any physical contact, including hugs, must be consensual between both parties. Always ask first, and respect if someone is uncomfortable with being touched. This extends to mobility aids and other accessibility devices, such as service animals, wheelchairs, and walkers.
  5. Adult content (pornography, extreme language, violent/graphic content) may not be displayed where the general public could reasonably see it (i.e., cannot be worn on a shirt, but may be the background on a phone or present in a tattoo that is covered while attending the meet).
  6. Affections between friends/partners must be reasonably appropriate; hugging, holding hands, a kiss, are acceptable, while sexually explicit physical contact (grabbing chests or genitalia, grinding, etc.) is not.
  7. Interpersonal issues are to be handled by the parties involved. Disagreements that initiate outside of meets will not be mediated by the staff, nor will bans be issued for interpersonal issues between attendees regardless of where they initiate, excepting violations of the Code of Conduct.

Violations of the above may result in corrective action, including verbal warnings, removal from the event without a refund, and/or temporary or permanent bans. Corrective action is at the sole discretion of the staff.

Liability Waiver

By attending the Foxville Furbowl, you agree to the following:

  1. Registration fees are non-refundable. In case of emergency or staff-initiated cancellation, your payment may be rolled over to a future meet within one year from the date of the event that you had originally registered for, at the sole discretion of the staff.
  2. You assume full responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by you or to you, including physical injuries or damaged property. Likewise, you acknowledge that illness, including covid-19, may be spread at public and private events.
    1. We strongly encourage, but do not mandate, wearing a mask at events. If you are ill or feel unwell, please contact Foxville Furbowl staff to inquire about rolling over your registration to a future event, and stay home. Anyone presenting clear, obvious symptoms of contagious illness (excessive coughing or sneezing, runny nose, chills, etc.) may be asked to leave with no refund issued. This is to protect the staff, other attendees, and especially those with compromised immune systems or chronic illnesses that may be worsened by contagious illnesses.
  3. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own attendance, including transportation to and from the event. Neither staff nor other attendees are responsible for providing transportation.
  4. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own behavior, including the consumption of alcohol, and any illegal or dangerous activity and the consequences thereof are not the responsibility of the staff.
  5. Likewise, illegal or dangerous activity may be reported by staff or other attendees to the appropriate authorities. This includes, but is not limited to, displays or shows of support for zoophilia/bestiality, pedophilia, hate groups, or other illegal activity.
  6. Staff are not expected to perform background checks nor investigate social media accounts of persons in attendance. Reasonable concerns may be presented to the staff and will be investigated accordingly. The results of this investigation will not be presented to you.
  7. All attendees under the age of 18 at the time of the event must have a legal guardian sign off on the Guardian Consent Form. This form must be printed, signed, and brought to the event to be given to Foxville staff. Attendees under 18 who fail to bring the completed form will be disallowed from attending and forfeit their registration fee. Attendees 15 and under must have a legal guardian present at all times. Attendees 16-17 years of age are not required to have a legal guardian present, but must still present the guardian consent form.

  8. Your voice, likeness, and other attributes may be captured by photo or video, by staff, attendees, and other patrons of the bowling alley. By attending, you waive all rights to royalties or other incomes that may result from your image or voice being used for promotional purposes by Foxville Furbowl or Suburbanite Bowl staff, and waive all right to inspect or approve of photos or videos taken during the Foxville Furbowl.
